Say hello to 'she does marketing'!

Today is the day. It's finally time for me to announce our new name!

As of today we will no longer be operating as Ellipsis Marketing Consultancy - but as, she does marketing. If I'm totally honest I actually prefer this name, it's a shame I didn't come up with it the first time around isn't it!

Nothing about the business or the services we provide has changed, just the name. We'll still be here strategising, ideating and delivering long-term Marketing growth solutions for our wonderful clients - both existing and those yet to join us on this journey!

Why did we change our name?

There are actually quite a few reasons for this. Primarily, EMC just didn't feel like us anymore (when I say us, I mean me - Emma)… it didn't quite portray the kind of business and brand I wanted to grow into. she does marketing feels like a much better fit - when you know, you know! Trust your gut folks…

Secondly, as I've addressed many a time over on my social media, personal branding and getting my face in front of the camera is something I've found quite difficult - I'm getting there, but it's still a process. I'm not from a sales background, nor does it come naturally to me to foist my services and myself in front of businesses. Growing a business for me needs to be natural and organic - it's what I'd always preach to my clients so for once, I'm taking my own advice. I want my business to feel more personal, authentic and independent… less consultancy and more 'your trusty marketing advisor with an epic personality and shit hot marketing skills' - can I say that?

Lastly, the she does marketing brand enables me to reinforce my core principles as a marketer. It creates a community and provides advice and tips for free. I want my online platforms to feel like a hub of inspiration, knowledge and advice - a place people come to explore the opportunities their business could benefit from with just a little help from myself (through packages and retainers), or, a place they can rely on for insights… via my blogs and social channels.

What to expect for she does marketing…

I'm here to support all businesses and brands - if you're looking for long-term success and wanting to utilise far more than your social media - I'm your gal!

2) Free advice, tips and support.
This attitude and belief is exactly why I began a Marketing Consultancy in the first place. She does, makes Marketing attainable - stripping away the agency fees and leaving you with time and energy to focus on the running of your business. Whether it be merely some support and advice, or through a package and/or retainer.

3) More of me!
I want people to get to know me more, to understand the person behind the screen. It's taken me a long time to believe in myself and my Marketing abilities and now I feel like I'm ready to show it!

4) Clear and transparent packages and pricing. 
All pricing and my 'most popular' packages are now on my website. I don't believe in hiding behind figures and selling people services they don't need - I will only ever be honest and do what is best for your business. Good Marketing does come at a cost, but I promise you it's worth it and I promise you won't regret it.
